才子唐伯虎(贾思乐)邂逅华府丫环秋香(翁虹)，惊为天人，为达追求目的，不惜以书僮身份混入华府，并改名华安。这出家传户晓的民间故事“三笑姻缘”，现利用时装剧手法重新演绎，剧中人虽是古装明朝身份，但对白却是现代语言，更有填上新词的流行歌曲，并配以精采舞蹈，全剧内容轻松、谐趣，娱乐性极为丰富。
